Shipping:

*The current shipping times listed below are important, please refer to these timeframes before placing an order. Current Shipping Times for blank apparel:

Economy: Ships in 3-4 business days

Standard: Ships in 2-3 business days

Express: Ships in 1-2 business days 

All shipping option times at checkout include both processing and shipping. We do not process orders on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). When you place an order, expect your order to start processing by the next business day. 

(Ex.: If you place an order on Monday, your order will start processing on Tuesday. If you place an order on Friday, you order will start processing on Monday, etc.)

Once your order is shipped, we cannot guarantee the timely arrival of your package. If you run into any shipping issues, you will need to contact the carrier directly, or contact us so that we may get in touch with the carrier to provide you with an update.

Custom Orders: Please allow 14-18 business days processing time for custom apparel orders. Large custom orders are subject to longer processing times.

Rush Ordering (Custom Orders Only): If you need your custom order in less of a timeframe than stated above, we will include a Rush Order fee. Rush Order fees vary depending on the nature of your custom order (design placement, size of design, method of printing, etc.). Please email us at orders.ootbblanks@gmail.com and we can discuss a rush order fee.

Ordering During a Sale: When ordering during a sale, please keep in mind that processing times may be delayed because of the high volume of orders during this time. If you need your order by a specific date when ordering during a sale, we strongly encourage you to contact us, or put a request in the "Special Instructions For Seller" section during checkout before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Refunds:

If you need to exchange or return any items in your order, you have 7 days from the delivery date of your order. Items must not show signs of wear and tear, and must be free of stains and strong smells. Refunds will be issued within 7-10 days from the date when we have received the item, and have thoroughly inspected it to make sure it meets the requirements of the refund policy. We do not issue refunds or accept returns for custom t-shirt orders, unless there is a printer error that we have overlooked. We do our best to triple check for printing errors, but in the case that we have overlooked it, please reach out to us, and we will send you a replacement as soon as we can.

Cancellations:

If you would like to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours. Once your order ships, we cannot accept any cancellations. For custom orders: Once your proof has been approved, we cannot accept any cancellation requests. 

My item isn't the color that I thought it was. How can I return it?

Unfortunately, due to differences in colors displayed on various screens and monitors, we cannot guarantee that your item will be the exact color that you see on your screen. However, you can return the item if it does not meet your needs. Please refer to the Refunds section.
